SOME TRADITIONS THAT REMAIN INTACT
Behaviour at the Club is expected to be polite, courteous and observant of social conventions.
Members were, and remain so at the time of writing, expected to be good character, not possess a criminal record and be financially solvent.
The general code of behaviour has not varied much over the decades and currently has strong echoes with the 1881 foundation notion that the Club exists for the free social interaction of members and their guests.
